I guess it gets people’s attention.
Headlines like that
But hate to burst anyone’s bubble, it’s a load of crap.
If you’ve got some fat to shift it doesn’t matter how many avocados or sweet potatoes you scran if you’re still sinking to many pints and demolishing a few to many take aways each week
and snacking on crisps and other foods you can eat loads of before your brain registers how many calories you’ve just had.
Chances are you’re consuming TOO Much Food.
Now hopefully you love food.
It should be used as energy and enjoyed.
However you need to be aware of how much you’re putting in your body.
If not, it’s like throwing sh%t at the wall and hoping something sticks.
Not sure about you but I prefer to control the situation rather than rely on luck.
Just like I show my clients.
So when you’re more aware of what’s going on in your body you can see the progress.
Feedback from the scales.
Feedback when that belt buckle goes down a notch
Feedback when you feel more energised and confident.
When you start smacking the ball further on the golf course or feeling like the fittest not the slowest at 5aside.
I’ll help filter through the rubbish that gets put out in the media.
It’s absolutely tragic what you have to read.
SO if someone starts telling you about fat burning foods or magic pills and shakes you need to buy.
Run a mile.
or send them to me and I’ll educate them!
