Stumbled on a great new show last night. (well wor lass did)
Needed something to replace Sons of Anarchy which has been a cracker.
It is ok to unwind and watch TV you know?
Despite what the health guru’s say.
In fact it’s more important to take time doing things you enjoy and relax than it is smashing your body into the ground.
One of my ways is a good ol box set.
All the good work of training comes in the recovery.
Often one thing that people overlook.
Relaxing and having fun.
I’m giving meditation a go at the moment.
just 10 mins a day to stay relaxed and gather my thoughts.
What’s your number one way to relax?
Here 3 great ways.
3. Walks in the fresh air
Try them before you knock em.
Far to often I see people give up before they’ve even tried it.
Joe I can’t eat healthy.
Joe I can’t get to the gym.
All just made up stories.
You don’t even need to hit the gym to “get fit”
Theres plenty other options.
But what I do know is you need to do something.
That I can help with.
