What a game Ireland vs Italy was last night.
Edge of the seat stuff.
Well it was for me, my lass was not so bothered.
In fact she had no clue why I was getting so excited for Ireland to score.
But here’s the thing.
She’s got no interest in football and in her own words.
“Why you supporting Ireland if you give me a choice between an Irish and an Italian person I’d always choose Italian.”
Fair enough I should have explained the meaning and history behind the result.
