Some people love to mess things up.
Not always intentionally!
But being out of shape and the thought of getting back training scares the hell out of a lot of people!
How do I know?
Cos I’ve been there.
Thats even with training full time as a footballer for nearly 8 years.
It’s a struggle.
Now it’s more than about getting a 6 pack (even though it’s good for the ol confidence)
It’s about boosting your energy and confidence daily.
See you’re either trying to move towards pain or pleasure.
This could be years and years of telling yourself the same thing.
I hear this expression a lot.
I can’t do that……………….. <<<<insert anything.
Now I used to do that myself
Until I started challenging my thoughts.
What do you tell yourself on a daily basis that you can’t do?
Now unless it’s something ridiculous I bet you can.
Example my friend.
I can’t lose weight is a common one.
Lets delve a little deeper.
What do you eat on a daily basis?
How often do you exercise?
How much do you sleep?
How stressful is your lifestyle?
Because if you really really want something you can get it.
Might not be easy.
Will probably be uncomfortable.
