It’s a pretty simple yet confusing question
What do you want?
Because most people struggle with it.
Including myself until I got real honest with things.
Invested a lot of cash in finding out to.
Learning from people who can improve me.
But we both know cheap things suck.
See I know I like to coach and help people improve their health and fitness.
I know at times I struggle with motivation
and know I can be lazy.
both things which are drilled into us from a young age are bad.
When in reality there not.
I know I hate working with time wasters and people who just want sympathy and whinge about everything.
It’s not until you start to question things that you grow as a person.
^^^that can be extremly uncomfortable^^^
See you need to appreciate that your time and energy is valuable.
Spend it wisely.
I know I’ve got the ability and a ton of qualifications that can show you how to improve your health and fitness.
But I need you to take action and move forward at some point.
I don’t just work with anyone.
That wastes a lot of time and energy.
You need to be a good fit to work with and also fit in well with my current clients.
So if you’re looking to take your fitness to the next level and aren’t a complete tool.
Come see me next week and lets get you started.
P.S So what do you want? It might be never to hear from me again. If so hit that unsubscribe button at the bottom.
No hard feelings
