What happened to Dan? - Personal Trainer Newcastle Joe Wear Fitness

What happened to Dan?

This will bring more warmth to your heart than a John Lewis advert.

Dan come to me 4 weeks ago looking to shift some timber.

Student lifestyle was taking it’s tol.

4 weeks laters and he’s 10lbs down.

Now having been a student befor eI know how it works.

My first year when I couldn’t get in the team and was hitting the all you can eat caffeteria lets just say I piled on the pounds.

Not great!

See I could spout all this bul lshit about miracle fat loss formulas and exercises but it’s all nonsense.

Everone knows what to do to lose weight.

Even my 8 year old athletes can tell me what are healthy or unhleahty foods.

It’s relatively simple to lose weight.

Notice I didn’t say easy.

Cos change can be difficult my friend.

But having been both fat and thin i sympathise.

Talk is cheap though.

I prefer action takers like Dan.

So if you’re ready to make a change and put in the work lets do it.

Just before you do though heres a few reasons NOT to come see me

If you want magic pills and exercises to get you in shape.

If you’re not going to put the effort in and whinge about the lack of results.

If you’re going to join and leave straight away.

If you want me to tell you only what you wanna hear (that won’t get you results)

When the training gets tough you just quit.

If you’re ego won’t fit through the door.

If you aren’t looking to make serious changes to your body.

If you wear vests, backward caps and wanna stare at yourself in the mirror all day.

If you’re always late.

If you don’t enjoy having fun.
