I love messages like this.
Shows what you can achieve in a small amount of time.
Now don’t get me wrong.
I’m not about crazy crash diets or starving yourself to get results.
I’m not about destroying your body in the gym so you can’t walk the next day.
I’m defo not about the latest magic potion or supplement (more on that tomorrow)
I’m about finding what works for you.
Making good choices daily.
Not self sabotaging through take aways, alcohol, gambling or whatever temporary fix you use.
Doing exercises that help you.
You can make great progress in 30 days.
Well for the people who actually do the work involved.
I used to get all mad about people who would join then do nothing about it until you work out that not everyone is ready to make changes.
Some just like the idea and for whatever reason find it hard to start.
Change can be hard.
