Thought I’d start this Monday with some positivity.
One of my clients Olly hit a major goal yesterday.
He ran the Great North Run for the first time and I was a very proud coach!
Sent me a lovely message which highlighted why I love helping people with their fitness.
It’s always good to hear a kind message saying well done.
But heres the thing, which I try to get accross to people.
Especially with all the horse shit nonsense in the media.
You can achieve anything you want.
But it won’t be easy.
You will have to put some hard work in.
and it won’t be a perfect experience.
Because nothing is.
Well unless your David Beckham.
But even he will have his own worries and issues.
For some reason us humans swim in a pool of self doubt and negative thoughts.
or maybe thats just me.
I can be my harshest critic.
But when I take a step back and think.
But you should never be sitting still.
You should be working to better yourself.
That involves going after what you want.
So you nail the three important areas of life.
It’s ok to ask for help to.
When it comes to shifting weight I’ve got the perfect programme.
