What to do when you Overeat at the Weekend!

Anyone else love a take away at the weekend?

You work hard all week right?

Why not kick back order a take away and enjoy some beers.

It’s no problem.

Unless your goal is to lose weight!

Because this overeating at the weekend can put a halt to your weight loss goals.


You really control what you’re eating during the week.

Quick example that’s helped me lose a stone in 3 weeks.

If I’m going to over indulge on a Sunday

Monday I just cut my calories right back.

Then I know by Tuesday I’ll be back on track.

Yeah at times on a Monday I get hungry but it’s not going to kill me.

But the main thing is you got to have the overall goal in sight.

Like right now I’m getting down to 85kgs (The weight I play my best football at)

I hate to sound all wishy washy but you need a goal.

Something to work towards.
