Read this statement today and couldn’t disagree more.
Never Give up?
What do you think?
See there is a time when you should give up and change.
It’s when your not achieving what you want.
The countdown to Christmas is on.
The time when I get a lot more inquiries.
Joe I think I’ll start getting fit next year.
Firstly answer this
How those new year resolutions working out you set last year?
If one of them was fitness related are you on track?
Have you shifted that stone you wanted to lose.
Not the one out your shoe either.
I mean the one you carry around daily which does nothing for your health.
Not trying to offend you.
I just hear so many people set weight loss goals and fail.
When it’s simple to do.
You even know what to do.
Exercise and make good food choices consistently.
If you’re like me sometimes you need a bit of harsh reality to make a change.
Nothing wrong with a bit of honesty.
To be honest if you wanna hear false promises and have a happy clappy Mr Motivator for a coach we wouldn’t be a good fit.
If you’re prepared to work hard and realise it won’t be an easy ride I’d love to coach you.
All you need to do is fill out the application and i’ll be in touch.
Stop messing around and come see me like 3 action takers did this week.
