Why Would You Pay For Pain?

Paying for pain

The exact thing someone in the gym said when I was coaching a client this morning

I guess thats what it looks like im doing on the outside.

Causing pain (thats not the goal btw)

But it is to help you lose weight.

And well that takes a bit of the ol hard graft.

Thing is when people come to see me.

Usually they want a result.

Joe I wanna lose a stone.

Great stuff this is what it’s going to take.

Everyone’s full of enthusiasm at the start.

You’ve paid for your training.

You’ve got all the healthy food.

You’re super pumped about shifting the weight.

Then a couple weeks go by and the motivation starts to wobble.

The ol bad habits start to kick in.

Ah I’m not that bothered anymore people start to say.

But heres where having a coach helps.

I can see you through your struggles.

Not through blowing smoke up ya ass

But by telling you what you need.

^^^People don’t always like that bit^^^

To be honest I’m not interested in working with everyone.

Just if you’re looking for results.

You get a personalised programme designed for your current fitness levels.

So there’s no excuse not to start today.
