Winding down for Xmas! - Personal Trainer Newcastle Joe Wear Fitness

Winding down for Xmas!

I’m hoping for one thing this weekend and thats a win in football.

The past couple results haven’t gone to plan.

But you can whinge and moan or work harder.

I prefer the work harder method.

Nobody owes you anything.

See everyone loves winning.

It’s why you play sport.

Gives you such a buzz at any level.

I was doing an assesment with a junior tennis player recently and  asked him if he had any tournaments over the Christmas holidays and if he enjoyed competing.

Which he replied he loved competing especially winning!

Because unfortunately competition and pressure gets a lot for kids and sometimes takes the fun away from competing.

Firstly there sould be absoultely no pressure in junior sport on results.

Should be about development, fun and learning how to win and lose.

Because both will happen.

The only time I like to lose is when im trying to shift some weight and lose some fat.

It’s why I launched my free 30 day fitness challenge yesterday.

Remember if you want in all you need to do is join the Facebook group by clicking this link

Like anything you’ll get the results from the effort you put in.

That sounded serious didn’t it!

It’s just for a bit of fun and to see how much timber you can shift in 30 days.
