When you're so drunk you get escorted out the open! - Personal Trainer Newcastle Joe Wear Fitness

When you’re so drunk you get escorted out the open!

As much fun as the open golf was last Friday.

The weather put a bit of a dampner on it.

Safe to say many sacked off the golf and found the beer tents.

Including two absloute states.

Golf isn’t really the place to be off your box drunk.

Especially when all the stewards constantly hold up signs saying quiet please and everyone stands still.

Well apart from this one bloke who was not stopping for man, woman or child.

Barged right through everyone whilst stumbling and swaying.

I’m surprised he didn’t end up face down in a bunker.

Thought i’d seen it all until 2 women had to carry this other bloke out the course.

Now I’m all for a good time and a beer.

I’ll even show you how you can still enjoy a beer and shift that belly.

But there comes a point when getting so drunk needs to stop.

How do I know?

Well having spent many a Sunday hungover and it sucks.

Makes you feel like crap and you wanna binge on takeaways and other crap.

It does nothing for your health apart from leaving you feeling tired and bloated.

Luckily I’ve moved on from that stage of life.

What you need is a balance.

A routine and plan that works for you.

That will give you more energy.

That will make you feel stronger and fitter.

That will guarantee to lose those stubborn pounds.

You just need to be prepared to work hard.
